How do I print several sales invoices at once?

You may need to print a whole day's invoices, or all of a company customer's invoices for the month to send together. Instead of opening each invoice and printing it on its own, print them all on one page.

Printing selected invoices

1. Open Sales → Sales Invoices.
2. Tick the invoices with the checkbox in the table's first column, or the one in the column header to select every invoice on the page. A bar above the table shows how many are selected.
3. Press Print selected in that bar; the print page opens in a new tab.
4. Press Print, or save it as a PDF from the print window. If you have more than one print template, pick the template from the list next to the print button first.

Printing all filtered results

1. Filter the list as you need: number or customer name, POS terminal, payment status, or a date range, then press Search.
2. Press Print filtered results below the filters, next to Export Excel. The number in brackets is how many invoices will be printed.
3. Every matching invoice is printed, even when they span several pages of the list.

Notes

• Each invoice prints on its own sheet, with the same design, template, stamp and tax-invoicing code as when printing a single invoice.
• One print holds up to 50 invoices. If the filtered results are more than 50, the "Print filtered results" button opens a list of batches: "From 1 to 50", "From 51 to 100"… print each one on its own, up to 10 batches (500 invoices). Beyond that, "Narrow the filter to print: up to 500 documents in batches" shows next to the button; narrow it, for example to a shorter period.
• The batches stay as the list was when you opened it, so invoices recorded afterwards, point-of-sale sales included, don't enter them until you reopen the list.
• "Select all" selects the invoices on the page shown only. For more, use "Print filtered results".
• Filters apply with the Search button. If you change a field without pressing search, the list shown is what gets printed.
• Point-of-sale invoices print here on A4 like the others. Roll printing for the thermal printer stays one invoice at a time.
• Drafts and cancelled invoices print too, with their status shown on the invoice.
• A branch user only prints their own branch's invoices.
