Yes. Notifications are sent from a WhatsApp Business number registered to your own business — so your customers see your name, not ours, and the number stays yours.

We handle the whole setup for you: preparing the number, verifying it with WhatsApp, and linking the payment method inside your own account — a one-time fee of 25 OMR. There is no technical step left for you to do. After that it is 5 OMR per month to run and manage the service.

The cost of the messages themselves is billed to you directly by WhatsApp, based on what you actually send — we take nothing on top of it.

We offer the same product with every feature in every country, but price it for the purchasing power of each market. The plans table shows your country's prices in its currency, and your price follows the country your business operates in, which we confirm from the phone number you sign up with. Your price is fixed when your subscription starts, and does not change with the country or the exchange rate while it runs.

Yes. Settings has a single option: «The company is VAT-registered». Turn it off if your company is not registered: no VAT is charged on your new invoices, quotations, bookings and contracts, invoices print as a plain «Invoice» with no VAT number or VAT line, and the VAT fields disappear from the screens.

If your company registers later, turn the option on and enter your VAT number: your new invoices are then issued as tax invoices, and e-invoicing becomes available for companies that need it in Saudi Arabia.

Each product has a production recipe with its ingredients and quantities, plus labour and overhead per unit and a markup from which the system suggests a sale price. A production order starts only when every ingredient is in the warehouse, and on completion the ingredients are deducted and the finished product enters stock at its actual unit cost.

Yes. Stock is tracked separately in each warehouse, the factory and every shop, at weighted average cost, and goods move between branches on approved documents. Each shop has a POS with shifts, closing reports and split payment, and the system includes a ready guide for Omani halwa production: bulk production, then packing into 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs.

The Basic plan starts at OMR 29 a month for three users, Professional is OMR 39 for fifteen users, and Comprehensive is OMR 49 for twenty-five users.
