This page explains when you are entitled to a refund, how to request one, and what happens to your data after cancellation.
This policy forms an integral part of the Mazoon ERP Terms of Use. It sets out when a customer is entitled to a refund and how refunds are processed.
Mazoon ERP offers all new customers a 7-day free trial, giving you full access to the system's features before committing to a paid plan.
Customers may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.
After that window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may request cancellation of automatic renewal at any time through our support channels, and your service continues until the end of the paid period.
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
After that window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable, and the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. You may request cancellation of automatic renewal at any time.
If a technical fault on the Mazoon ERP side causes a material service outage, customers may request a partial refund proportional to the downtime. Each request is assessed individually.
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via:
We respond to requests within 1 to 3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days of approval.
Non-refundable payment gateway or bank transfer fees, if any, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Access to the system ends when the paid period expires.
Your data is retained — without access — for 15 days after expiry, during which you may request a copy of it. It is then deleted from our operational systems. Copies may remain in routine backups for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently removed.
This policy does not cover setup fees, customization charges, or any additional services provided separately from the standard subscription.
