Yes. Notifications are sent from a WhatsApp Business number registered to your own business — so your customers see your name, not ours, and the number stays yours.

We handle the whole setup for you: preparing the number, verifying it with WhatsApp, and linking the payment method inside your own account — a one-time fee of 25 OMR. There is no technical step left for you to do. After that it is 5 OMR per month to run and manage the service.

The cost of the messages themselves is billed to you directly by WhatsApp, based on what you actually send — we take nothing on top of it.

The Basic plan starts at OMR 29 a month for three users and up to 100 students, Professional is OMR 39 for fifteen users and unlimited students, and Comprehensive is OMR 49 for twenty-five users and adds HR. Yearly billing costs less, and you start with a seven-day free trial, no card needed.

The enrolment contract is built from priced fee items with a discount and tax, and split into instalments that must add up to the contract total. On activation it posts the guardian's receivable against fee revenue automatically, every payment posts to cash or bank, and cheques go into the cheques register. A contract with payments cannot be edited or deleted, and editing or deleting a payment creates a reversing entry.

Yes. Each academic year has a registration link and QR code that guardians use without logging in, and the school approves each student. Students and guardians can be imported from an Excel template; a guardian is matched by civil ID instead of duplicated, and rows with errors come back in a file for review. The guardian signs the contract electronically through a link valid for fourteen days.
