Yes. Notifications are sent from a WhatsApp Business number registered to your own business — so your customers see your name, not ours, and the number stays yours.

We handle the whole setup for you: preparing the number, verifying it with WhatsApp, and linking the payment method inside your own account — a one-time fee of 25 OMR. There is no technical step left for you to do. After that it is 5 OMR per month to run and manage the service.

The cost of the messages themselves is billed to you directly by WhatsApp, based on what you actually send — we take nothing on top of it.

Yes. Every order is posted automatically as the customer's receivable against service revenue and tax, every payment posts to its payment method's account, and deleting an order or payment creates a reversing entry instead of erasing the record. The POS runs shifts per terminal with opening cash and closing, can hold and resume an order, and orders appear in the VAT return.

Services are priced per piece or by weight, and each piece of a per-piece service gets a barcode tag with its own status, updated by scanning at the scan station. When the order becomes "ready" the customer receives a real WhatsApp message, once the laundry's WhatsApp number is connected.

The Basic plan starts at OMR 24 a month for three users and includes the laundry, accounting and WhatsApp; Professional is OMR 34 for fifteen users and adds inventory and purchasing; Comprehensive is OMR 44 for twenty-five users and adds HR. Yearly billing costs less, and you start with a seven-day free trial.
