The cost of the messages themselves is billed to you directly by WhatsApp, based on what you actually send — we take nothing on top of it.

When creating a booking you mark its type: day-use, which ends the same day, or an overnight stay covering one night or more.

For overnight stays the system automatically adds a separate per-night charge on top of the slot price, so the correct total is shown to the customer without manual calculation.

Any day or slot can be blocked manually from the calendar for reasons such as maintenance or the owner's private use; it then shows as "blocked" and the system rejects any booking attempt on it.

The block does not affect the rest of the calendar, and the chalet does not appear as available for that period on the public website.

Yes. You can set different prices for weekdays and weekends, or for specific date ranges such as seasons, holidays, and vacation periods.

When several pricing rules overlap on the same date, the system applies the most suitable one under a clear priority order, so the price shown to the customer is never in conflict.

When booking through the website, the system sends a verification code to the customer's phone and the booking is only confirmed once it is entered, guaranteeing the registered contact number is valid.

A public link can also let the renter review their booking details and sign off electronically, and the damage security amount is recorded and tracked until it is refunded or deducted.

Yes. You can manage any number of chalets and resthouses from one account, each with its own calendar, pricing, add-on services, and photo gallery.

Each unit can have its own contact number on the website, while payments, accounting entries, and reports all collect in one place showing overall performance.

The Basic plan starts at OMR 39 a month for three users and includes a direct booking site for your chalets where guests book and pay online; Professional is OMR 49 for fifteen users and adds accounting and tax integration and your own domain for the site.
