Yes. Activating a contract creates its entry automatically: the customer's receivable against rental revenue and VAT; every payment creates a receipt voucher in accounting, and cancelling the contract reverses its entries. The deposit stays in a liability account, not revenue, until it is refunded or deducted, and contracts appear automatically in the VAT return.

The system refuses to book a car that is already booked or blocked for the requested period, and locks the vehicle record while saving so two simultaneous bookings cannot both succeed. It prices the contract on the server: days, kilometres beyond the daily allowance, extensions, add-ons, fines, discount and tax. The amount can be split into weekly or monthly instalments, each payment tied to its instalment.

The Basic plan starts at OMR 29 a month for three users and five vehicles, Professional is OMR 39 for fifteen users and twenty-five vehicles, and Comprehensive is OMR 49 for twenty-five users and unlimited vehicles. Yearly billing costs less, and you start with a seven-day free trial.
