The deposit paid on each booking is recorded, the booking value can be split across several payment receipts, and every transaction is logged under its own reference showing the method and date.

A dedicated report shows collected and outstanding amounts per booking, and each payment posts to the accounting ledger automatically the moment it is confirmed — with no duplicate manual entry.
