Yes. Notifications are sent from a WhatsApp Business number registered to your own business — so your customers see your name, not ours, and the number stays yours.

We handle the whole setup for you: preparing the number, verifying it with WhatsApp, and linking the payment method inside your own account — a one-time fee of 25 OMR. There is no technical step left for you to do. After that it is 5 OMR per month to run and manage the service.

The cost of the messages themselves is billed to you directly by WhatsApp, based on what you actually send — we take nothing on top of it.

Each customer has a measurement profile per garment type that you pick on any new order without measuring again. You design the measurement templates per garment with your own fields, a reference image per field and a garment drawing to mark on, then print a ready measurement sheet for the tailor.

An order moves through seven stages, from new through tailoring, ironing and ready to delivered, and every change is logged with who made it and when. You record the deposit when the order is created and the remaining payments later; the balance is calculated automatically with a printed receipt for each payment, and the dashboard shows orders due within five days and those overdue.

The Basic plan starts at OMR 24 a month for three users and includes tailoring and accounting; Professional is OMR 32 for fifteen users and adds HR; Comprehensive is OMR 42 for twenty-five users and adds inventory, purchasing and sales. Yearly billing costs less, and you start with a seven-day free trial.
