The public showroom site: your showroom online

The module comes with its own public website that shows your available vehicles to visitors and takes their enquiries over WhatsApp. It is not a store: there is no cart and no online payment — just display, filtering and direct contact, which is what selling cars actually needs.

Switching it on

The site is off by default. You enable it from "showroom settings" once its content is ready. While it is off, every page returns "not found", so a visitor never sees a half-finished site.

What appears on the site?

A vehicle appears when two conditions hold together: its status is available and the published box is ticked. The moment it is reserved or sold it disappears automatically. That means you never update the site by hand — you simply work in the panel as usual.

Available settings

• Site name and logo: the logo falls back to the one in your general system settings if you do not upload a specific one.
• Theme colours: the full palette — primary colour, header, footer, price and breadcrumb bar — so the site matches your showroom's identity.
• Contact details: phone, email, address, opening hours, and the WhatsApp number that visitors' enquiries reach.
• Show prices: you can display prices or hide them and leave pricing to the call.

What the visitor sees

Each vehicle's page shows its photos, specification and price, and an "enquire on WhatsApp" button opens a conversation pre-filled with the car's name and the page link — so your staff know which car is being asked about before the conversation starts.

Visitors can filter the listing by make, model, year, price, mileage, transmission, fuel and condition.

Page addresses and search engines

A vehicle's page address is built from its English name: toyota-camry-2023 rather than a meaningless number. The address is built once and does not move when you edit the vehicle's details, so links your customers shared or search engines indexed never break.
