How do I set up the services and their default prices?

Everything the agency sells — a visa, a ticket, accommodation, transport — is one service in this list, and the packages and invoices are built from it.

Steps

1. Open Travel → Services — Figure 1.
2. You will find ready-made services: tourist visa, Umrah visa, Hajj visa, flight tickets, accommodation, transport and more.
3. Add a service with its name in both languages, a description and a default price.
4. The default price is only a suggestion; you adjust it on the invoice case by case.
5. Disable any service you no longer offer rather than deleting it.

Notes

• Do not delete a service that has appeared on past invoices; deleting it breaks the thread of the record.
• Keep services separate rather than merging them; a visa apart from a ticket gives you a clearer picture of where your income comes from.
• Review the default prices at the start of each season; ticket and accommodation prices move a great deal.
