What happens if ZATCA's system is down when I save?

The invoice is saved with the status Awaiting clearance, and the system retries on its own every 5 minutes until ZATCA clears it.

Meanwhile the tax invoice cannot be printed or sent to the customer, so no customer receives an invoice ZATCA has not cleared.

To skip the wait, open Settings → E-invoices sent and choose Send now from the actions menu.
