Can I edit or delete an invoice that was sent to ZATCA?
No. An invoice sent to ZATCA is an official document that cannot be edited or deleted, which is why its Edit button disappears.
It is corrected by cancelling it: pressing Cancel makes the system issue a credit note for it and send it to ZATCA; then you create a new, correct invoice.
If only part was wrong (an item returned, an extra quantity), issue a return or a credit note for that part alone.
