How do I link the system with ZATCA?
- Complete the company details in Settings → Tax & E-Invoicing (legal name, VAT number, commercial registration, national address as on its certificate, 15% rate), choose Phase 2 and the Production environment, then Save. (If Phase 2 isn't offered, contact us to enable it for your account.)
- Sign in to fatoora.zatca.gov.sa with the company's account, choose Onboard new solution unit/device, and request one code (a 6-digit OTP).
- Within one hour, paste the code in Settings and press Link with Fatoora.
The system runs the compliance checks on its own, and the status becomes Phase 2 — linked. The code works once; if an error appears, send us a screenshot before generating another.
