Yes. Notifications are sent from a WhatsApp Business number registered to your own business — so your customers see your name, not ours, and the number stays yours.

We handle the whole setup for you: preparing the number, verifying it with WhatsApp, and linking the payment method inside your own account — a one-time fee of 25 OMR. There is no technical step left for you to do. After that it is 5 OMR per month to run and manage the service.

The cost of the messages themselves is billed to you directly by WhatsApp, based on what you actually send — we take nothing on top of it.
